Q. Do you have "trained" technicians?
A. Our service personnel have previously worked at the dealerships and shops, and their experience levels range from 15-30 years. Certificates from schools, along with A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) awards cover two walls in our waiting area. We also have IM240 Clean Air Colorado certificates for repairs on emissions systems.

Q. Will having Pro Auto Care, Inc. service my vehicle void my factory or extended warranties?
A. No. Some consumers are under the impression that only dealerships can service their vehicle on order to maintain the factory warranty. This is not true. You are required to maintain the vehicle according to the manufacturer maintenance schedule to keep any warranty in effect; however, service can be handled at the repair shop of your choice. Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. For non-emergency work, yes, if possible. Work loads vary depending on what is needed for each customer. Setting appointments increases our chances of offering same-day service. To Schedule online -

Q. Can I leave my car at Pro Auto Care before you open or over the weekend?
A. Yes, there are envelopes and a mail slot on the South side door. Fill out the information on the envelope, put your key in it and drop it through the slot. Be sure to provide a phone number so we can contact you.

Q. Do you provide transportation?
A. We offer shuttle service to your home or office in the metro area, Monday-Friday hourly. Call for an appointment. Rental cars are also available at no charge on some repairs. Shuttles run hourly starting at 7:30 a.m.

Q. What about emergency repairs?
A. If you need to have your car towed in, call Triple-D Towing at (303) 725-7919. We can apply the towing charge to your bill and supply you with a separate receipt. Or call our after-hours assistance line at (303) 380-5314 and leave a message, our system will then call our cell phone and page us. We will make every effort to work your car into our schedule and get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Q. Are rental cars available?
A. Yes, at a very competitive rate through Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Q. Do you charge for checking out my car?
A. No. We'll do the initial inspection free of charge. The only cost is your time. You don't get this service at most places.

Q. Is Pro Auto Care a member of the Consumer Referral group?
A. Yes. We are a member of the Tom Martino Referral Network (visit troubleshooter.com) and have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for the past 14 years and we are on excellent standings. We are also on the NPR Car Guy referral list.

Q. Do you offer replacement and repair for engines and transmissions?
A. Yes, we do at very competitive prices. We offer new and or used.
