Yes, in the long run. We see cars last much longer and have fewer problems when they have regular maintenance.

That will vary depending on the car you drive. Some at 60k, 90k or even 110k. Give us a call.

No, shakes are caused from bent wheels, bad tires or bent hubs.

What do you consider old? Many cars 10 to 15 years old are built very well. They can last for many years to come.

It's most likely mold and mildew in your system. It can be cleaned in about 15 minutes.

No, pull over and let it cool down. If it's not leaking, drive to the closest place you can leave your car and have it towed. Heat KILLS ENGINES!

Most cars run fine on regular unleaded gas. If you hear a pinging sound from engine, increase the octane.

Certificates from professional schools as well as Automotive Service Excellence awards are proudly presented in our waiting area. No! While you are required to maintain your vehicle according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule to keep the warranty valid, the service can be performed at the auto repair shop of your choice. Please call us for more information.

Do I need an appointment to get my vehicle serviced at Pro Auto Care?

For non-emergency service, we do request that you schedule an appointment. Setting appointments for non-emergency work greatly increases our offering same-day service to our customers.

Yes. We offer both new and used transmissions and engines at very competitive prices.

How does Pro Auto Care handle emergency repairs?

If you need to have your vehicle towed to our shop, call Metro Towing at 303-667-9201. We can apply the towing charge to your bill and furnish you with a separate receipt. You may also call our after-hours "assistance-line" at 720-284-7933 and leave a message. Our system will then page us. We will make every effort to get your automobile in the shop's schedule and get you "back on the road" as quickly as possible.

Can I leave my car at Pro Auto Care before you open, after you close or on weekends?

Yes. There are envelopes and a mail slot on the south side door. Just fill in the information on the envelope (be sure to include your phone number!), put your key in it and drop it in the slot.

Does Pro Auto Care provide transportation while my car is being serviced?

Yes! We offer complimentary shuttle service in the Denver metro area. Shuttles run hourly beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please call 303-758-7767 (PROS) for your reservation. Rental cars are available at no charge for some repairs. (Please call us for details).
